Liaoning Zhongzhou Deshui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018. It is a comprehensive environmental protection technology company mainly engaged in high difficulty industrial wastewater treatment projects, and cooperates in the development of waste gas treatment, garbage leachate and concentrate treatment, solid (hazardous) waste comprehensive disposal, etc. It also integrates technology research and development, engineering general contracting, engineering design, construction and operation services. The company has a special Grade B engineering design qualification for environmental engineering (water pollution prevention and control engineering), a Grade II general contracting qualification for municipal public works construction, a Grade II professional contracting qualification for building mechanical and electrical installation engineering, and a Grade II professional contracting qualification for environmental protection engineering. The company has been recognized with several prestigious titles, such as:National High-Tech Enterprise (state-level certification for innovation-driven companies),Liaoning Province Specialized, Refined, Special and New SME (SMEs excelling in niche technologies)，Liaoning Province Gazelle Enterprise (a program supporting high-potential startups), andLiaoning Province Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise (recognizing leadership in IP management). As of now, the company's business has radiated to 27 provinces and cities across the country, committed to becoming a comprehensive environmental governance and service provider in China.

Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to the strategy of technological and product innovation, with the core goal of high difficulty wastewater treatment related fields, continuously improving its independent innovation capabilities, and developing a series of high difficulty wastewater treatment processes. It has applied for more than 40 intellectual property rights, including 11 authorized invention patents, 26 utility model patents, and 7 software copyrights. It has carried out extensive cooperation with a number of well-known universities in China, including Tianjin University, Dalian University of Technology, Sichuan University, etc., promoting industrial innovation with scientific and technological innovation, and constantly improving its competitive advantage. As the host unit, it has undertaken two provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, led one project of Dalian Vocational Innovation Studio, and one person was praised as a model worker in Dalian.
The company has overcome multiple technical challenges in the field of high difficulty industrial wastewater treatment based on existing core technologies, and has completed projects covering more than 20 heavy pollution source industries in China, including pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, coking, blue charcoal, coal chemical industry, machining, metal surface treatment, electroplating, fine chemical industry, intermediates, membrane production, coal tar deep processing, resin production, waste oil disposal, food processing, electronics, semiconductors, automotive spraying, printing and dyeing, solid coatings, color printer inks, LCD glass, etc. We provide services to dozens of industrial and civilian enterprises, including Inner Mongolia Xingguang Coal Group, Beijing Bishuiyuan Membrane Technology Co., Ltd., Shanxi Fuma Carbon Material Technology Co., Ltd., and China Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. Our technological advantages are outstanding, and our technical level in multiple fields can reach the domestic advanced level. In the past three years, our cumulative output value has exceeded 90 million yuan.
