Water quality testing and analysis
The equipment is mainly designed to treat the effluent from the post-distillation process of leachate. The composition of the leachate is complex, and the effluent after distillation still contains high levels of COD, BOD, and ammonia nitrogen. This equipment can adjust the process configuration based on the user's water quality, water volume, and requirements, ensuring that the effluent meets discharge or design standards.
Construction installation and debugging
The electroplating and metal processing industries produce various toxic and harmful metal pollutants during their production processes. It is essential to carry out harmless treatment or recycling of electroplating wastewater to reduce its environmental pollution. Our company can adopt different treatment solutions for electroplating polluted water with different compositions to meet the needs of users.
Operation and maintenance
The core working principle of reverse osmosis equipment is achieved through the separation technology of reverse osmosis membranes. When the pressure applied in the system exceeds the osmotic pressure of the incoming solution, water molecules continuously pass through the membrane module, flow into the central tube through the product water channel, and then exit at one end. Impurities in the water, such as ions, organic matter, bacteria, and viruses, are retained on the feed side of the membrane and then flow out at the concentrated water outlet, thus achieving the purpose of separation and purification.
