Water quality testing and analysis


The equipment is mainly designed to treat the effluent from the post-distillation process of leachate. The composition of the leachate is complex, and the effluent after distillation still contains high levels of COD, BOD, and ammonia nitrogen. This equipment can adjust the process configuration based on the user's water quality, water volume, and requirements, ensuring that the effluent meets discharge or design standards.

    The equipment is mainly designed to treat the effluent from the distillation process of leachate from landfills. The composition of leachate is complex, and the effluent after distillation still contains high levels of COD, BOD, and ammonia nitrogen. This equipment can adjust the process configuration based on the user's water quality, water volume, and requirements, ensuring that the effluent meets discharge or design standards.

    Application Fields
    It is used for the treatment of leachate from landfills and can also be applied to the treatment of other wastewater with high levels of COD, BOD, and ammonia nitrogen.

    Product Features

    2. For water with high levels of COD, ammonia nitrogen, and salinity, treatment can achieve a COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rate of ≥95%, or COD ≤30mg/l, ammonia nitrogen ≤8mg/l.

    5. Compared to conventional treatment methods, it has a simple structure, lower investment, and better effluent quality.

    Basic Process Flow
    The currently representative process flow is as follows:
    After pre-treatment, the leachate undergoes evaporation and concentration, removing some solids, while the other part, which contains high concentrations of COD and ammonia nitrogen, is treated through a secondary reverse osmosis membrane system, and then discharged or recycled after meeting standards.
    Our company is currently collaborating with the Institute of Technology to develop treatment processes for wastewater with high levels of salts, COD, and ammonia nitrogen, and has designed integrated leachate treatment equipment. This ensures that the effluent meets the "Pollution Control Standards for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills" (GB16889-2008) or the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB 18918-2002).
