Basic Process
The comprehensive wastewater intercepts debris through the grille and then flows naturally into the oil isolation and regulation tank. After the oil slick is intercepted, the wastewater overflows into the mixed reaction tank (the wastewater in the regulation tank can also be pumped into the reaction tank by a water pump). The wastewater in the neutralization reaction tank is added with lime and other agents under air agitation to adjust the pH between 8.5 and 9 (because as the pH increases, part of Zn(OH)2 dissolves as zincates).
The Main Reactions Are
OH- + H+ → H2O
3Ca2+ + 2PO43- → Ca3(PO4)2↓
Ca2+ + HPO42- → CaHPO4↓
3Zn2+ + 2PO43- → Zn3(PO4)2↓
Zn2+ + 2OH- → Zn(OH)2↓
Then add appropriate amount of PAC and PAM. After being filtered by a plate and frame filter press, the filtered water is sent to the intermediate pool. Under normal circumstances, the filtered water can meet the pipe acceptance requirements.
In order to ensure stable discharge of treated effluent up to standard and partial reuse of treated effluent for production, sand filtration and activated carbon filtration are carried out on the filtered effluent to further remove pollutants in the wastewater. The sludge dehydrated by the plate and frame filter press is transported outward (dangerous solid waste).
