Equipment Performance
In the production process of electroplating and metal processing industries, various toxic and harmful metal pollutants are generated. It is essential to carry out harmless treatment or recycling of electroplating wastewater to reduce its pollution to the environment. Our company can adopt different treatment solutions for electroplating polluted water with different components to meet user needs.
Treatment Process
Due to the complex composition of electroplating wastewater, we often use a combination of different treatment processes.
1. Treatment of cyanide-containing wastewater:
Commonly used treatment methods include alkaline chlorination, electrolysis, ion exchange, and adsorption.
2. Treatment of nickel-containing wastewater:
Collected separately in the workshop and recovered through a side recovery device. By-products are sold externally, and wastewater can be recycled or discharged.
3. Treatment of chromium-containing wastewater:
Chemical treatment methods are commonly used.
Chromium-containing wastewater mainly contains Cr6+, Cr3+ ions. Cr6+ must be reduced (sodium bisulfite can be used as a reagent) to Cr3+, and then neutralized with alkali to precipitate chromium hydroxide, which is removed from the water.
4. Treatment device for zinc-containing wastewater:
Methods such as neutralization reaction, solid-liquid separation, sludge treatment, and hydrochloric acid activation cleaning are used.
Basic Equipment Configuration
Composed of a regulating tank, dosing box, reduction tank, neutralization reaction tank, pH adjustment tank, inclined tube sedimentation tank, box filter press, clear water tank, and activated carbon filter.
Our company can adopt corresponding equipment configurations based on the different water quality of customers.
